Avocado and Pineapple Smoothie Recipe

No tropical smoothie on earth can be compared to avocado and pineapple smoothie, neither in taste nor in its tropical blast when it touches your mouth.

This pineapple avocado smoothie just smells amazing that even if you smells it and you’ve a thirsty mind, I bet you’ll not leave it un-sipped.

When i had a chance of making this smoothie at home for the very first time, i amazed by its overall experience, honestly saying it doesnt felts like a homemade smoothie, infact it’s taste experience was just like that i had a smoothie from an expensive restaurant.

As pineapple is high in sugars, i preferably have this smoothie usually in my days when i am obsessed with hitting the gym for workout. As I am not a fitness enthusiast because i like to have more tasty stuff before i die, but sometime i little take care of myself.

In most of my posts i have mentioned that I am a foodie and taste conscious and don’t care about my health, but this doesn’t mean i don’t focuses on my health, infact i believe if i have some awareness of my health i can enjoy more food before i leave this world.

So let’s see what smoothie ideas i have personally tasted and have for you so that you can once taste atleast one of these smoothies that i very carefully chose the ingredients for myself and you.

Recipe 1: Creamy Avocado and Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado of your hand size or a medium-scale
  • 1 cup of fresh juicy pineapple chunks ( frozen or fresh)
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut milk (or any preferred milk of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon of organically extracted honey with no added sugar or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds for healthy fats content in your smoothie(optional)
  • Some ice cubes (optional for chillness)

Instructions:

  1. Wash the avocado and cut it into two equally half pieces from the center (avoid cutting its seed)
  2. The add the internal flesh fo avocado into your smoothie blender along with other side ingreidnets like juicy pineapple pieces, honey/maple syrup, chia seeds, and lastly coconut milk or any your choice’s milk.
  3. Turn your blender ON and blend for at least 2 minutes, after 2 minute blend check its consistency and add coconut milk or water to adjust its liquidity.

Recipe 2: Avocado Pineapple Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 normal sized ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cup of fresh and juicy pineapple 
  • 1/2 cup of freshly plucked spinach leaves (or you can use kale leaves instead)
  • 1 cup of coconut water (you can use simple water or coconut milk instead)
  • 1 tablespoon of organic flaxseeds
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon/lime juice (optional for a lemonade  tropical punch+)
  • Half glass of chilled water

Instructions:

  1. Use a knife ti cut the avocado from the center into two equal half pieces.
  2. Eliminate the avocado flesh using a sharp spoon or scoop and transfer it into your smoothie blend machine.
  3. Then add other ingredients that are going to enhance nutrition and taste like flaxseeds, pineapple chunks, spinach/kale leaves, and coconut water/milk.
  4. Switch ON you blender and keep blending it for a few minutes, check its consistently after every blend and stop blending until you satisfy with its texture.
  5. Transfer into your smoothie tumbler and enjoy sip after sip with a snack.
