Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 cup of freshly plucked spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup of fresh orange juice (or one whole orange with pulp)
- 1/2 cup of no-artificial sugar almond milk
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon of fresh ground ginger (or you can also use ginger powder instead)
- 1 tablespoon of organic honey or agave syrup (agave if you want it vegan)
- Handful of ice cubes or some chilled water
Instructions:
- Scoop out the avocado flesh into your blender machine.
- Then add fresh spinach leaves, orange juice or whole orange, almond milk, and grated ginger or powdered form.
- Sprinkle of chia seeds and honey/agave syrup (if desired for more sweetness).
- Now blend all the ingredients in your blender for a few minutes only to get it a more consistent drink.
