- 1 fully ripe avocado of your palm size
- 1/2 cup of chilled water or coconut water
- 1 tbsp organically extracted honey or maple syrup of HQ brand’s (still optional for sweetness increment)
- Some chilled water or handful of Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
- Remove the avocado seed and scoop out its flesh into your blender.
- Add simple water (chilled) or coconut water and natural sweetener (if you want to increase sweetness).
- Start blending and blend until you see and equally colored smooth and creamy smoothie is formed in your blender.
- For a chilled and thinner smoothie add some more chilled water.
- Pour into your smoothies tumbler and enjoy it!
