Avocado Smoothie with Boba

The rarest combination in my experience, yes, i have seen very few people in US who know about boba or balls in bubble tea, but let me tell you the smoothie idea I am going to tell in just a minute will going to change how you see your work.

I am sure that having this avocado smoothie with boba will keep you away from procrastination, you may not know but boba if used in a smoothie or consumed through any drink type boosts your energy levels significantly.

Its clear that procrastination happens only due to lower energy levels in our body or energy reserves that your body isn’t utilizing to produce more energy to provide you for work.

Recipe 1: Creamy Avocado & Matcha Boba Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe medium avocado
  • 1/2 cup of cooked black tapioca pearls (boba)
  • 1 cup of almond milk with no artificial added sugar (or any preferred milk)
  • 1 tablespoon of organic honey/maple syrup (optional only for sweetness)
  • 1 teaspoon of matcha in powder form
  • 1/2 teaspoon of organic vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes or chilled water (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the boba according to package instructions and set aside for a few minutes to let it become room-temperature.
  2. Cut the avocado into two half pieces scoop out its flesh into your beautiful blender.
  3. Add the almond milk, matcha powder, honey/maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, ice cubes (if desired), or any other ingredients if you want to customize it a little into the blender.
  4. Blend until a smooth and creamy texture is formed, if you want it thinner, add some more chilled water..
  5. In a glass, add the cooked boba pearls at the bottom, then pour the avocado smoothie mixture on top.
  6. Put a spoon in your tumbler or stir with a tumbler straw and enjoy immediately. Garnish with a sprinkle of matcha powder for added flavor or add half a spoon of honey at the top for more sweetness.

  • Chilled water or ice cubes (chilled water for more thin experience or ice cubes for more thickness)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the boba according to package instructions and set aside to let lower its temperature.
  2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit using a pitter, and scoop out its flesh into a blender.
  3. Add juicy pineapple chunks, coconut water, shredded coconut, honey/agave syrup (if using), and ice cubes or any other thing if you need to make it more customized into the blender.
  4. Start blending and keep it until a smooth and creamy smoothie is formed.
  5. Add the cooked boba pearls settled aside to a glass, then pour the tropical avocado smoothie on top.
  6. Stir gently with a spoon or with your straw and enjoy immediately freshly consumed nutrition. 
  7. Garnish with extra shredded coconut or a pineapple wedge if desired before drinking.
