Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado of of your hand’s size
- 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt or any yogurt with low or no fat
- 1/2 cup of no additives coconut water
- 1 tablespoon of honey with no synthetic sugar or agave syrup (optional for sweetness only)
- A pinch of sea salt or you can also use pink salk (optional)
Instructions:
- Cut the avocado in half, remove its flesh to add using scoop or regular spoon at your home and place in your mini blender..
