Recipe 1: Avocado Smoothie with Honey and Spinach
Ingredients:
- 1 medium size ripe avocado
- 1 cup of fresh plucked spinach leaves (or you can also use kale leaves instead)
- 1 tablespoon of honey (must be organic with no unnatural sugar)
- 1 cup of no added sugar almond milk (or any milk of your taste choice)
- 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice (or lime juice if you want)
- A handful of ice cubes or some chilled water (optional for liquidity adjustment)
Instructions:
- Slice the avocado into half-equal pieces, and remove the pit using a scoop or sharp spoon at home, Rinse the fresh spinach leaves thoroughly, and throw them all into your blender..
