Avocado Smoothie with Lemon and Mint
We all have started our lives in the darkness of unawareness, but later the time passes and we grow old, our awareness increases over time, but our awareness do needs nutrients from natural diet to function well.
You may have experienced that while working or doing anything that needs your attention you’re lost somewhere else instead of focusing on the present moment, today i have a solution for this common problem with my perfectly designed smoothie idea.
The avocado smoothie recipe I am going to share is an avocado smoothie with lemon and mint, lemon and mint when consumed have the potential to increase your cognitive abilities, mint in this recipe if for increases awareness and lemon to imrpove your blood flow for more focus. .
There is a very famous saying; “gut is your second brain for the its a production house of many important hormonese”, so the avocado smoothie recipe I am going to share with is perfectly based on this quote, let go!
Recipe 1: Avocado Lemon Mint Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado of your hand’s size
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice (must be from a fresh lemon)
- 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen mint leaves
- 1 cup of no added sugar coconut water (or water in replacement of coconut milk only if you like)
- 1 teaspoon of honey or agave syrup (for more sweetness but optional)
- Some ice cubes for thicker experience or water for more thin drink (optional)
Instructions:
- Cut the avocado into two half pieces from the center, remove its flesh, and transfer into your blender.
- Add all your smoothie ingredients; avocado, lemon juice, fresh mint leaves, coconut water, and honey/agave syrup (if using) into a blender.
- Start blending and blending until an equally colored drink formed from top to bottom, adjust your drink to be thicker or thin by adding some more water and blending.

- 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt or any yogurt type you want to have in(for creaminess)
- 1/2 cup of no artificially added sugar almond milk (or any vegan or dairy-free milk of your choice)
- You can also use dairy milk if you’re not allergic to dairy
- 1 teaspoon of maple syrup, stevia, or organic honey (optional)
- Ice cubes or chilled water for thickness management
Instructions:
- Cut the avocado in half from the center and scoop out its flesh into your blender using a scoop or a pitter.
- Add the lemon zest, fresh mint leaves, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and maple syrup/stevia/honey into the blender machine and start blending..
- Blend by adjusting its liquidic nature by adding more liquid like milk or water into it.
