Ingredients:

  • 1 medium scale ripe avocado
  • 1 cup of strawberries (fresh or frozen, but fresh are preferred)
  • 1/2 cup of blueberries (fresh or frozen, but fresh should be preferred)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk with no additive sugar (or any plant-based or vegan milk should be considered)
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds of seeds like this nutrition
  • 1 teaspoon of organically extracted honey (optional for sweetness)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract to increase the flavor only
  • Some chilled water or ice cubes to adjust the consistency of ti

Instructions:

  1. Cut the avocado into two half pieces from the center, remove its flesh using a pitter, and scoop out the flesh into your blending machine.
