Avocado Strawberry Smoothie Recipe
As a hardcore smoothie lover, it doesn’t mean i have always coming with multiple recipes, this time i have only tries only one variation of avocado strawberry smoothioe recipe.
But remember the recipe I am going to show you isn’t mean its not of good taste, along with taste its a packed bomb of nutrition. I used this one variation just because i haven’t found any chance to have avocado and strawberry at the same time in my grocery list.
As a less often consumer of this recipe doest mean i will not provide you with some reason to use it, lets check out.
Avocado Strawberry Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado of medium size, peeled and pitted
- 1 cup of fresh strawberries (if you don’t get fresh you can use frozen)
- 1/2 cup of no artificially added sugar almond milk (or milk of your taste choice)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (honey is preferred due to it antioxidant nature)
- 1 tablespoon of organic chia seeds (you can also use flaxseeds) if you don’t have chia
- 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract (only to add more flavor)
- Some water or ice cubes to adjust the liquidity
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine the avocado, fresh/frozen strawberries, almond milk, honey/maple syrup, chia seeds or flaxseeds, and vanilla extract.
- Start blending all ingredients present in your blender.
- For taste enhancement and adjust sweetness by adding some more honey or maple syrup in your mixture if desired.
- Every time you ad anything for enhancement must give a short blend.
- Transfer the smooth textured drink in your glass and start drinking it with a snack.
