  • 1 tablespoon of honey/ maple syrup for increased sweetness
  • 1 teaspioon vanilla extract, i suggest to use this as low when you’re using strawberries for enhanced strawberry flavor
  • Ice cubes or chilled water (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Arrange all the items including frozen banana, strawberries, almond milk, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla extract into your blender and start blending until you see a consistent textured drink.
  2. Blend the drink until you se it more homogenized mixture with  ice cubes or chilled water for a thicker and colder smoothie if desired.
