Strawberry Banana Tropical Smoothie

Tropical smoothies are always loved by many Americans mostly when they decide to have a healthy drink at both each, but in my opinion strawberry banana tropical smoothies are still underrated.

1. Classic Strawberry Banana Tropical Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled (you can use frozen if you don’t find fresh)
  • 1 banana, peeled and chopped into slices
  • 1/2 cup of juicy pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup of coconut water
  • 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt (for creaminess)
  • 1 tablespoon of organic honey (optional only for sweetness)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for texture)

Instructions:

  1. Add a handful of strawberries, chopped banana, pineapple slices, coconut water, and Greek yogurt into your smoothie blender..
  2. Blend on high until smooth drink is formed. Add ice cubes or crushed ice to your blender if you want a thicker colder texture.
  3. Taste and adjust the sweetness of your blended drink with honey if you want it to be more sweet.
