Vegan Banana Dessert Smoothie Recipes
You might be wondering why Smoothie Idea doesn’t post any dessert-type smoothie recipes that you can enjoy on your cheat days.
Today I am not going to tell you a healthy smoothie recipe, because junk foods are also an important part of meals when you’re on a full cheat day or a cheat week.
I am going to share two personally tested vegan dessert banana smoothie recipes that you may call a combination of ice cream or thick smoothie, I promise the recipes I am sharing in a matter of minutes will be a deal of complete joy without harming any animal.
Vegan Banana Dessert Chocolate Smoothie Recipe #1:
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana (frozen for extra chill and creaminess)
- 2 tablespoons of vegan extracted chocolate syrup to add chocolaty flavor and sweetness (or simply melted vegan chocolate)
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter for extra richness of healthy fats.
- 1 cup of coconut milk with minimal preservatives and added sugar or you can also use any other vegan milk.
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup to increase the sweetness of your smoothie (or sucrose for sweetness).
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract to enhance the flavor of your smoothie.
- A pinch of sea or pink salt (optional to enhance its taste)
- Vegan whipped coconut cream (for topping and make it look like dessert)
- Sprinkle vegan-made chocolate chips over your dessert.
Instructions:
- Add the frozen banana, chocolate syrup, peanut butter, coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt into your mini smoothie blender or big blender if you’re making for more than one person.
- Note that if you’re making this smoothie for more than one person you can accordingly increase the amounts of ingredients.
- Turn ON your blender and keep blending it for 5 minutes or until it gets a constant textured mixture.
- Pour the blended material into your smoothie mug and top it with the whipped cream as I told you earlier.
- Enjoy this ultra-sweet and creamy chocolate banana dessert smoothie!
What’s the treat?
- Chocolate and maple syrup are high in sugar and are known for giving a sugary boost to your dessert smoothie and they also have the ability to break your body’s plateau state..
- The peanut butter or almond butter added in this smoothie adds a creamy, nutty-rich flavor that balances the sweetness and enhances the chocolate flavor.

Vegan Banana Dessert Smoothie Recipe #2
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe frozen banana for creaminess and chill
- 2 tablespoons of vegan caramel syrup
- 1 tablespoon of almond butter or peanut butter (for a smooth and nutty flavor)
- 1 cup oat milk (with no sugar and no dairy)
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar or coconut sugar (for added caramel sweetness)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract for flavor enhancement
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered cinnamon (for a mild spicy touch)
- Vegan-made whipped cream (for topping)
- Garnish the top of your smoothie cup with caramel syrup or a pinch of cocoa powder.
Instructions:
- Place all the material I told in your smoothie blender and start blending it until it gets smooth and creamy.
- Blend until it gets thicker than the previous recipe I told you..
- Transfer into your mug top it with whipped cream and caramel syrup and start enjoying it, finish it as soon as possible, and avoid storing it in the freezer because we’ve used fresh fruit in it.
What’s the treat?
- It will be thicker and creamier in texture as compared to the previous vegan banana dessert smoothie recipe I told because of the caramel used in it.
- Almond butter or peanut butter used in it will give it a nutty smooth flavor like almond chocolate ice cream while adding a savory note to balance its sweetness.
- Oat milk used in this recipe will add a natural creamy flavor without using a dairy product which will be even tastier than dairy milk.
